2.1 Registration Requirements

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at f9999 is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Every deposit transaction must be made from an account registered in the member's own name.

Deposits using third-party accounts are not permitted. If such a transaction is identified, f9999 reserves the right to cancel the relevant deposit.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

Withdrawals are generally made through the same method used for the deposit. Large withdrawal amounts may be temporarily held if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

f9999 will not be responsible for any financial loss resulting from incorrect information provided during a deposit or withdrawal. It is the member's responsibility to ensure the correct mobile number and account details are entered.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit at f9999, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and before the bonus can be withdrawn, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.

4.2 Other Promotions

f9999 offers multiple promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, validity period and wagering requirements. Some notable offers:

• f9999 Friday Special Reward: 50% bonus on deposit, up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus. Minimum deposit ৳100. Can be claimed once every Friday and must be used on that day only.
• f9999 Monday Reload Offer: 25% bonus on deposit, up to ৳4,000. Wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus. Minimum deposit ৳100. Can be claimed once every Monday and must be used in the slots section.
• f9999 Cricket Festival Bonus: 30% bonus on deposit, up to ৳3,000. Wagering requirement is 18 times the bonus. Minimum deposit ৳100. Can be claimed once per week before placing bets on any cricket event.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

If false information, multiple accounts or any fraudulent activity is detected when claiming a bonus, f9999 may cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account. Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device will be treated as fraud.

f9999 reserves the right to change the terms of any promotional offer or cancel an offer. A notice will be posted on the site if changes are made.

5.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, f9999 will attempt to refund the relevant stake. However, the final decision rests with f9999.

5.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If an event is postponed or cancelled, the decision on that bet will be made in accordance with f9999's set rules.

For betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football and other sports events, f9999 sets the maximum bet limits, which may differ across events.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and accounts will be closed if any of them are detected:

• Operating two or more accounts.
• Match fixing or collusion with other players to take advantage of bonuses.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.

6.1 VIP Tiers

f9999's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier, calculated as a percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.

6.2 Cashback Terms

Cashback is calculated once per week and added to the member's account. Cashback example: a Silver tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

Moving to a higher tier depends on the member's regular activity and overall participation. f9999 reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time.

7.1 Platform Liability

f9999 always strives to maintain the quality of the platform. However, f9999 is not liable for losses caused by technical problems, internet disruption or failure of third-party services. Members are responsible for ensuring the security of their own internet connection and device.

7.2 Member Liability

A member is personally responsible for all activity conducted on their account. f9999 is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing account details with others.

7.3 Right to Suspend or Modify Services
