f9999 App — Mobile Betting and Casino, Now Faster and Easier
With the f9999 app, cricket betting, live casino and slots are all in one place. Any time, from anywhere.
What is the f9999 App and who can use it
f9999 App is the platform's own mobile application, available on both Android and iOS. The app is available through official channels; it should not be downloaded from any third-party site or store.
For those who prefer not to play on a computer screen, this app is a complete alternative. With a smartphone in hand, you can join everything from live cricket match markets to casino tables. There is only one f9999 account — whether you log in through the app or the website, the balance is always the same.
For installation on Android devices, full details are available on the f9999 APK download and install guide page.
What you can do in the app
The f9999 app is not just for playing games — you can manage your entire account and handle transactions from here too.
Cricket and sports betting
Live and pre-match bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and matches from home and abroad — all possible from the app. Find more information in the cricket betting section.
Live casino and slots
Live tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, along with popular slot games from PG Soft and JILI, are all playable in the app.
Deposit and withdrawal
Deposit from as little as ৳100 and withdraw from ৳1,000 using bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay — directly within the app.
Crash games and Win Drop
Fast-paced crash games including Spribe's Aviator, and the Win Drop section, are available in the app.
24/7 live chat support
For any issue, day or night, you can reach support in Bangla or English via live chat or email directly from within the app.
VIP and bonus tracking
Your progress across the three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — and your weekly cashback status can be viewed in the app.
App vs browser — which should you choose
The f9999 website works well on a mobile browser too. However, using the dedicated app makes login easier and allows push notifications, which are not directly available on the web. The account and balance are the same either way — log in through the app or the browser, and the balance will always match.
The comparison below makes the difference clearer:
| Feature | f9999 App | Mobile browser |
|---|---|---|
| Account and balance | Same | Same |
| Push notifications | Available | Limited |
| Installation required | Yes | No |

How to keep your account secure on your phone
Following a few extra precautions when playing from a mobile device keeps your account safe.
- Keep screen lock on: With a fingerprint or PIN lock active, no one can pick up your phone and open the app without your knowledge.
- OTP verification: If an OTP is requested during login, do not share it with anyone — no f9999 representative will ever ask for your OTP.
- Do not share your password: Regardless of who it is — a friend or someone you know — never give your password to anyone.
- Avoid public Wi-Fi: Logging in on an unfamiliar network is not safe — use mobile data instead.
- Keep your account verified: A verified account makes it easier to withdraw and receive birthday rewards.
Tips to keep the app running smoothly
A few small habits can keep app performance consistent and reduce the chance of games cutting out mid-session.
- Use a stable connection: A slow connection causes problems in live casino or crash games — play where the signal is strong.
- Keep the app updated: Install new updates from official channels promptly — they include new features and bug fixes.
- Clear the cache: Clearing the app cache occasionally speeds up loading times.
- Check battery mode: Power saver mode can reduce network speed and performance — turn it off while playing.
- Download from official sources only: Files downloaded from unknown sites are not safe — always use f9999's official channels.
